Regulatory reporting system for a financial firm. Worked on an in-house system for reporting financial transactions to regulators. Written in Python, running on serverless Azure. Led the process of updating the system to comply with major regulatory changes under tight time constraints.
Worked closely with business stakeholders to ensure that the implementation was compliant with regulation. Greatly improved stability and reliability of the system, turning manual intervention into an exceptional event, down from several times weekly.
May 2022 -
SaaS for contract management and electronic signing. Rebuilt an application previously written in frameworkless PHP in Laravel. Migrated all data in a way that the users could move seamlessly to the new version. Fully automatized the manual billing process, saving tens of hours of work every month.
The system now automatically renews subscriptions, sends invoices, reconciles payments and integrates with an external accounting system. Nov 2016 –
SaaS for sport event management and registration. Took over the maintenance of a system running on .NET 4.6. Built a new version running on .NET Core (now .NET 8). Completed the upgrade gradually, so so that the client could stay competitive by adding new features during the migration without having to commit to a neverending rewrite.
Decreased Azure spend by more than 40% through optimization of code and rationalization of used resources. Handled continual maintenance and feature development.

Worked as full stack developer in an e-commerce project. Used .NET 4 (MVC) and React. Implemented server side rendering (SSR) for React components for SEO, something that was very novel for its time.
