The Grinder is the heart of an assignment, developing solutions solely focusing on the customer needs and challenges.
This role is in its form much like traditional contracting work - do the job and send your invoice.
A Grinder gets benefits such as better hourly rates, access to exciting customers and not the least opportunity to work with talented and experienced peer members.
Bold && Brave explores the tech industry and provides opportunities for members, both within product development and customer assignments.

The Finder's Fee is the extra incentive to explore and introduce new customers and members, worth a 2.5% share of the increased revenue the first year.
